Heather: How long have you guys been playing together?

Benny: About a year and a half. Basically my drummer and I got together…we were roommates. And the other guys were in bands during high-school and then we found Jessica. We’ve been friends since we were like four so she stepped in to play keys for us.

Jessica: I moved back from college last January and that’s when I joined the band.

Heather: Where do you draw your inspiration?

Jessica: We get a lot of “Hey, you sound like Panic! At the Disco!” I don’t know if that’s a good or a bad thing.

Heather: I hear a bit of Head Automatica.

Jessica: Really?! Sweet! I’ll take it.

Benny: Yeah, that’s definitely a compliment.

Heather: Where can we hear more of your stuff?

Benny: Well, we have a MySpace you can check out. No ”n” at the end. People always screw that up. It’s “Venetia” not “Venetian.”

Heather: When you announced your name, I wrote no “n” at the end so that must count for something.

Benny: Yeah, you know what’s up! I would shake your hand right now but you’re holding a tape recorder.
